My 4 month old Shih Tzu/Maltese mixed puppy threw up this morning. He seems perfectly normal otherwise - eating, drinking, playing, going to the bathroom like normal - but he threw up this clear liquid early this morning in bed. Was it just a fluke? Before he did it he was fidgeting and scratching and licking a lot.

If it only happened once it is no big deal. maybe ate to fast, played
afterwards to hard, started coughing etc. If it were to continue
he should be seen.
